Blue Ridge CC is making updates to improve your student Office 365 account on Dec 11, 2019.
What does this mean to you? If you have anything of value stored in your student O365 account, please download/archive a copy somewhere locally. You will run the risk of losing your information if you don't save a local copy/archive by Dec 11, 2019.
After Dec 16, 2019, when you open any Office product associated with your student O365 account on your personal device, you will be prompted to log in with the same username and password you use with Moodle or your webmail. Also, when you log into office.com with your student account, you will see the new logo in the upper left corner of your screen.

How do I download files from OneDrive to my computer?
First, you will need to access the link below to take you to the Microsoft OneDrive where you can sign in.
On the first page of OneDrive, you will have access to all the files or albums you wish to download.
Right-click on the specific file or album that you wish to download.
Left-click on the menu that appears on the “Download” feature.
It depends on your internet connectivity and the size of the downloaded objects to determine the time necessary for the files or albums to be downloaded.
Note: It can take up to several hours depending on the size of the files.
